Year 7 Famine School Trip

The Year 7 class travelled to Dungannon Library and Ranfurly House for a school trip focusing on their World Around Us topic of 'The Famine.' The children completed a workshop in the Library focusing on the Workhouse which operated in Dungannon. They then visited Hill of O'Neill Ranfurly House where they had a real life experience of what it was like to be admitted into a Workhouse.
