Primary 6 Wellbeing Trip to Parkanaur.

Yesterday we visited Parkanaur forest. On this wellbeing trip we had tasks and activities to complete during our outdoor nature trail. We played games and activities in groups. We discussed positive and negative emotions and came up with scenarios and ideas about how to deal with certain situations. We enjoyed a day out in the fresh air!
