Year 7 have completed a Well-Being Workshop over the last two weeks in association with the Education Authority and Sue Wright from the PSNI. The workshop focused on mental-wellbeing, strategies to cope with change or stress and having a positive attitude to all aspects of life. The children really enjoyed the sessions and gained a lot from them.
