P4 Houses and Homes

Primary Four have been learning all about building homes, the materials and tools needed to build a house and they were also given the opportunity to build their own houses. The children were able to look at the plans of a house, the materials used by plumbers, builders and joiners and were able to construct their own houses firstly from lolly pop sticks and then with cardboard and other household materials. The children thoroughly enjoyed building their own houses and decorating them.
