'My Mind and Me' workshop in P5

On Wednesday, P5 welcomed Geraldine from Aware NI for a lovely workshop called ‘My Mind and Me’. P5 learned about the 5 steps to well-being: Be Active, Connect, Take Notice, Keep Learning and Give. Geraldine talked to us about looking after our mental health and using our support network.
