KS2 Celebrate NI Science Festival
28th Feb 2023
To celebrate NI Science Festival, KS2 joined forces for a carousel of exciting science activities. The activities included: building circuits and testing which materials conduct electricity; investigating how the reaction between baking soda and vinegar can blow up a balloon; and a STEM challenge to create the tallest possible free-standing tower using only spaghetti and marshmallows.
The children had a wonderful, fun-filled morning and loved having the opportunity to develop their scientific and problem-solving skills.
