On Sunday 5th December, Killeeshil Community Centre hosted their annual Christmas Fair.
The children in St. Mary's were encouraged to take part in a Design a Christmas Card Competition, organised by the Community Centre. The response was amazing and the standard of artwork submitted was outstanding! Santa and all the judges in the community centre found it extremely difficult to decide on the winners!
After much deliberation the winner from each Key Stage was announced today!
Foundation Stage - Aiden (Primary 1)
Key Stage 1 - Alanna (Primary 3)
Key Stage 2- Rose (Primary 7)
Most Innovative Design- Dara (Primary 5)
The community centre were so impressed with all the entries, that they decided to give all the children who took part in the competition a little treat! The children were so excited to receive their prizes and treats today!
Well done to all the children who took part and the four winners- Rose, Alanna, Aiden and Dara!
Congratulations to Amber who won a beautiful wreath at the Craft Fair raffle on Sunday! She was delighted to receive her prize today!
