Congratulations to all our P4 children on receiving the Sacrament of First Holy Communion on Saturday 9th May 2026, in the Church of the Assumption, Tullyallen.
A special word of thanks to Friends Of Cabragh our brilliant Parent Support Group, who organised a wonderful party in the Community Centre after First Holy Communion. It was great to see the community gathered together celebrating this wonderful occasion.
A sincere thank you to all the staff and volunteers who set up and decorated the hall so beautifully with flowers and balloons, poured, sliced, washed up, packed up, and did so much more. A huge thank you to the whole team, you are all superstars!
Thank you also to all our parents and members of our wider school community who donated the delicious sweet treats for the party! A special thank you to our parent Kirsty Devlin who made each of the P4 boys and girls a delicious cupcake! Special thanks also to our past pupil Rachael @ By Rachael for donating some delicious sweet treats! Your support is very much appreciated!
Finally, we would like to extend our thanks to the Killeeshil Community Centre Committee for the use of the hall, and in particular to Kieran Traynor for his help in setting up the hall for our Communion party.
Everyone thoroughly enjoyed the tea party and it was lovely to see our community come together for this special celebration!
