The PPTC Entrance Assessment will be held on Saturday 13th November 2021.
To obtain a Registration Pack either:
Open the Information for Parents page on the PPTC website, which includes the Registration Pack; download the Registration Form and other documentation.
OR
Go to the website of a PPTC Assessment Centre, click on the link to PPTC Registration and download the Registration Form and other documentation.

The deadline for receipt of completed registration forms is Friday 24th September 2021 (2:00 pm).
