DONAGHMORE NETBALL & FOOTBALL TOURNAMENT

Well done to the boys and girls of St. Mary's PS Cabragh who had a successful day out at the Torrent Centre, Donaghmore.

What a day for the Cabragh Netball Team! The girls played out of their skin all day. The final was an intense game for everyone but thankfully Cabragh finished strong with a 3 - 1 win against a fantastic Donaghmore side. Congratulations to all the Cabragh girls who played today! Well done to our captain Chloe McKenna! And a special mention to Ceara Winters who won player of the tournament!
A word of thanks to Miss Claire Canavan and Mrs Claire McKillion for coaching our netball team. Thanks to Mrs Claire McKillion for accompanying our team to Donaghmore today and for mentoring our brilliant netballers!

Well done also to our boys football team who played brilliantly today and were unlucky to be beaten by Galbally in the final of the Donaghmore Cup. Congratulations to our fantastic Year 7 pupil Ronan Donaghy, who was awarded player of the tournament! Thank you to Mr Morrow for coaching the boys and for mentoring them at today’s tournament.
