Dairy Council Food & Fitness Team Visit St Mary's!

P5 and P6 enjoyed an informative and active workshop delivered by the Dairy Council. Students learned all about finding the balance between food and fitness, learning the importance of ensuring we are eating a balanced diet and getting enough exercise each day. Children performed a rap and dance to help remind them of all this important information. This was a thoroughly enjoyable and active workshop, thank you to the Dairy Council for sharing it with us!
