Clay Plaques Painted In P4
This morning Shauna Nelson brought the clay plaques that we made a few weeks ago, back to school.
They look and feel different from how we made them. This is because they have been dried and are now hard.
The plaques are easily broken, and we had to be very careful when we held the plaque. It would be so unlucky if it were to break now!
Each of us got a photo of our plaque before we painted it.
When we had decided on the colours we wanted to use, we carefully painted our plaques and then let them air dry.
When they were dry, we got a 2nd photo of the plaque.
These before and after painting photos, let us see the change we have made to our own plaque.
Each child should be very proud of their handmade, hand painted plaques.
They really are a work of ……heart!!
