This week the Primary 3 children have been studying the artist Claude Monet and his famous waterlily paintings.
The children enjoyed exploring how to create different effects. They mixed and blended colours and used sponges to add texture and movement to the pond and then created 3D waterlilies using tissue and sugar paper!
The children had so much fun recreating Monet’s Water Lilies! We were so impressed with the children’s beautiful paintings! Have a look at the video below to view our budding artists at work!
