Cathal McQuillan Endeavour Award

This week we welcomed our friend and former Vice-Principal, Mrs Mairead McQuillan and her little dog Bobby, to St Mary’s PS Cabragh.

Mrs McQuillan was delighted to present Thomas Small in Primary 3 with a special Sporting Endeavour Award in memory of her late husband Cathal. 

Each year, a special star is awarded to a Key Stage 1 pupil who has demonstrated a high standard of sporting endeavour, shown effort and commitment, gained in skills and confidence, who has been an  excellent team member and supported others and who demonstrated a positive attitude at all times during competitive games, and sports activities.

Well done Thomas! You have been an excellent role model and we are all so proud of you!
