The P4 World Around Us topic is titled “Water, Water Everywhere!”
We have been exploring and learning more about water. Through our research, we have been finding answers to questions such as: Where does water come from? What is the water cycle? Can dirty water be cleaned? Why is seawater salty? We also investigated the many ways water is used in everyday life.
It literally is the life source of humans and plants. We have been watering our seeds and now the new plants as they grow.
We have learned that for thousands of years, people have been using water as a way of transporting items from place to place.
So with this information we were challenged to build a boat/raft using Lego. A tinfoil tray holding salt had to fit into/ on top of this model.
