Primary 1 have been exploring the signs of Winter through our topic 'Brr, it's freezing.' This week the children went out on a Winter scavenger hunt. They had to work in pairs and look out for signs of Winter and tick them off their check-list. As we went outside we realised that Jack Frost had been out in our playground. We spotted frost on the ground, on the trees, on fences and even in our mud kitchen! We practised writing our names, letters and numbers in the frost using our fingers and twigs. Today, we created our own Jack Frost pictures using a range of materials. Enjoy the pictures below.
